Wakahara Construction Co., Ltd. is a family run company established in 1970 by Masao Wakahara.
We specialize in craftsmen built residential housing, being comfortable with the range from starter homes through to up market custom designed one off dwellings. As well as the residential business we undertake small to medium commercial and government projects.
At Wakahara we are conscious of the human relationships that are involved in the construction process starting from listening to the customers requirements, initial design, refinement and final design, construction, furnishings and interiors hand over and after sales service.
To ensure we do not lose sight of this necessary human touch we have resisted the opportunities to expand and never bite off more than we can chew, preferring to under promise and over deliver. We obtain most of the our business from personal referrals, and this has ensured that we have survived the various booms and busts of the construction industry over 50 years, and will continue to prosper for the next 50 years.
