In the 35 years that we have been in business we have had thousands of satisfied customers. We build around 30 -35 houses a year and over the year have built up thousands of satisfied customers who have come back to us for their subsequent houses.

As well as building for our own customers we construct for some of Hokkaido's top architects. This shows the respect that we have within the industry. In winter 2003 one of our projects was the feature of a nationwide 2 hour documentary on housing reform.

Housing in Japan has evolved over the last 10 years and we have been keeping up with these changes. Our staff frequently travel overseas to research overseas trends. We have experimented with fully imported houses and compared them to locally built houses. Some features and products from overeseas are good and we use them, some are not suitable for the local market or are unable to be serviced or have the guarantee honoured when the time comes for a claim (usually after 5 or so years).  We think that we have found the best of both worlds in our Craft Wood Range.

The Craft Wood Range is a blend of east and west, incorporating natural wooden materials, modern technology and Japanese craftmanship to create a stylish healthy living environment.
